In addition to online research, I interviewed two designers and one developer at SCT to prepare the story.

I identified a number of issues that routinely arose in the app creation process, so I structured the article into a series of questions for prospective clients. By answering these questions in advance, prospective clients would be better prepared to address or avoid the most common problems.
